Shenyang President Enterprises Co. Ltd was incorporated in June 16th, 1995. The production officially started on November 2, 1996. It was the 17th manufacturing plant in China invested in by Taiwan’s Uni-President Enterprises Co. Ltd. Situated on a 100 thousand square meters of property, the company has a total investment of US $25 million. The company imported six of the latest instant noodle production lines from Taiwan and Japan. In 2001, Shenyang President invested US$4.9 million to build a new beverage production plant, and imported a new PET production line. The production officially started on March 8, 2002, and the products have been distributed to local markets within the three provinces in northeast China. Shenyang President was appointed as the sole tea beverage supplier at Horticultural Exposition 2006 Shenyang China.


Harbin President Enterprises Co. Ltd.
Harbin President Enterprises Co. Ltd was established in February 1998. The production officially started on January 6, 1999. Situated on an 80 thousand square meters of property, the company has a total investment of US$25 million. It owned three of latest instant noodle production lines.

Good management guides the development of an enterprise. Shenyang President and Harbin President both received the ISO 9002 international quality system certification in September 1999 and May 2000 respectively. After a re-evaluation in 2002, both companies successfully switched to receive the year 2000 version of the ISO 9001 quality system certification. Shenyang President was further awarded the title of a “quality and creditable enterprise” in 2002. In March 2003, Shenyang President passed the “C” logo certification. Later, in December of the same year, the company became one of the first few companies awarded the “National Industrial Product Manufacturing Permit” in the ten new food products category. In September 2005, Shenyang President passed the HACCP-EC-01 certification.

By holding the principles of “one should be grateful for favors received and return good to the society”, and “one should always offer benefits to the community, and support the development of education”, Uni- President set up the “Shenyang President Challenge Scholarship Program” in 1996 to help financially challenged students. In 1999, the company further set up the “Harbin President Challenge Scholarship Program” to sponsor over 600 students in top universities like Northeastern University in China. The company commits itself to give back to society in many different ways, such as hosting the annual mother-children sketch competition, fund raising and donation events for disaster areas, sponsoring the Shenyang International Dragon Boat Race, and holding the “Uni-President Green Tea” Jog Campaign.
