Established in December 1994, Guangzhou President Enterprises Co. Ltd is located at No. 788 Kangnan Road, Nangang Town, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, City. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 24, 1995. The plant is situated on a 215 acre parcel of property. Beginning from May, 1996, Uni-President started to invest in Guangzhou President’s facilities. Currently, Guangzhou President has a registered capital of US $48 million, and a total investment of US $80 million. |

 The company has the following productions: six instant noodle production lines, one aseptic production line for making seasoning packets, eight TP tea/juice/dairy production lines, two PET tea/juice beverage production lines, one AC beverage production line, and one frozen production line. The products are sold extensively in Guangdong, Hainan and Guangxi provinces, and further export to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, United States, Canada, and Italy.

Fuzhou President Enterprises Co. Ltd was formed in July 2001. Located in the Kuaian Extend Area, Fuzhou Economic Development Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the company broke ground for plant development on November 18, 2001. The facility is situated on a 155 acre property, with a registered capital of US $10 million, and a total investment of US $25 million. Uni-President officially invested in Fuzhou President’s beverage production on August 1, 2002 by installing one PET beverage production line. On March 15, 2003, Uni-President further invested in building two instant noodle production lines. The products are sold throughout the Fujian province.
