Tianjin President Enterprises Food Co. Ltd was formed in April 1993. It has a total investment of US $20 million, and 110 employees. Tianjin President is capable of producing 200 tons of flour per day. It imported a set of state of the art production facilities from te Buler Group of Switzerland with advanced flour blending and wheat blending technologies. The production is centrally controlled, and can produce multi-functional and a wide variety of specialty flour. Uni-President Taiwan has more than 30 years of experience in flour making. Backed by this experience with excellent quality control, state of the art baking facilities, outstanding staff in manufacturing and product R&D, Tianjin President aims to fulfill consumers’ needs for high quality flour products.

By adopting the concept of professional production and producing specialized products, Tianjin President manufactures four types of flour products: High gluten bread flour, middle gluten flour for frozen food, low gluten flour for cakes and cookies, and small pack flour for family use. Meanwhile, these products have become the best source for other Uni-President subsidiaries for making instant noodles. The company uses only the best quality wheat, domestically or internationally, to make flour products. High gluten flour can withstand agitation, and has high water absorbency. Middle gluten flour has bright white color, and a great taste and texture. Low gluten flour, on the other hand, has very fine grains. These healthy and high quality products have received the QS certification from China and are certified as green products. In the future, Tianjin President will continue to research and develop superior flour products in order to fulfill the overall expectations of consumers in high economic development zones for fine products.
